About Roslyn Storage

Let your precious belongings be taken care of by the established professionals – we’ve been storing for more than two decades and we guarantee excellence in assistance and affordability.

Our self-storage facilities are at two convenient locations in Dunedin – Kaikorai (opposite the Shell Petrol Station) and Gardens in North East Valley (opposite Caltex). We provide secure and clean storage units and are proud to be 100% Dunedin owned and operated.

We cater for small amounts of storage, right up to complete households and car, boat and even bus storage. We are very flexible with our sizing options so we can match your storage requirements and you can up or downsize as needed.

All our storage units are individually alarmed and monitored with 24-hour access. However, access to the Car, Boat, Caravan and Box options at our Kaikorai facility are Monday to Friday from 8.00am – 5.00pm with 24 hours notice being preferred. Our Gardens facility offers access for cars and boats 24/7. Our Box storage options (Kaikorai only) are either 10 or 5 metre cube units, which are offered at more economical rates as access is limited.

Safe & Secure Storage Facilities
Alert Monitoring is locally owned and operated and monitors both of our Roslyn Storage facilities 24 hours a day. Alert employ their own security guards for alarm response and building checks. They also train their own guards so you can rest assured knowing that the guard attending is a fully licensed professional. The guards are always in uniform and drive clearly marked vehicles.

Roslyn Storage Facilities are protected by Ecolab Pest Elimination who provide regular scheduled visits to ensure the storage sites remain free of any possible rodent or insect problems. Ecolab specialises in commercial pest management programmes and has fully trained and registered service specialists.
