We provide secure, self-storage facilities at two convenient locations in Dunedin, so let your precious belongings be taken care of by the established professionals. We’ve been storing for over two decades and we guarantee excellence in assistance and affordability.

We cater for small amounts of storage, right up to complete households and car, boat, campervan and even bus storage. We are very flexible with our sizing options so we can match your storage requirements and you can up or down-size as needed. Protect your Valuables in our Secure Storage Facilities
We have video surveillance and our storage units are individually alarmed and are monitored 24 hours by a local Dunedin security company, Alert. They employ their own trained security guards for alarm response and building checks and each guard is a fully licensed professional. Alert guards are always in uniform and drive clearly marked vehicles.

Pest-Controlled Storage
Our facilities are not only secure but also clean – we are protected by Ecolab Pest Elimination who provide regular scheduled visits to ensure the storage sites remain free of any possible rodent or insect problems. Ecolab specialises in commercial pest management programmes and has fully trained and registered service specialists.

Easy Access
We have 24 hour, 7 day a week access to your possessions. Our only restrictions apply at our Kaikorai facility with access to cars, boats, caravans and box options being Monday to Friday from 8.00am – 5.00pm with 24 hours notice being preferred. At Gardens access for cars and boats is 24/7. Our Box storage options (Kaikorai location only) are either 10 or 5 cubic metre units and are offered at more economical rates.

We all need a little space!
There are always situations and occasions when we find ourselves needing extra storage space. Things you need to keep but don’t need consistent access to. In the home, things like seasonal gear such as skis, camping equipment, diving gear, even cars.

Short Term/Long Term
We have affordable rates for designated volumes and can provide quotations for larger and long-term requirements. Minimum hire is 4 weeks and there is no limit to how long you can store for.

Roslyn Courtesy Trailers
Moving your stuff but don’t want to hire a truck? We can even provide a courtesy trailer so you can bring your items to our storage facilities.

Insurance
When your possessions are in storage they are not automatically insured. Roslyn Storage can help by providing you with insurance for your goods, at competitive rates, that can be purchased when you move in. Note: Your goods are only insured while they are in storage at Roslyn Storage.

You will be covered for burglary, fire, earthquake, lightning, explosion, impact of land borne or water borne vehicles or impact of aircraft or articles dropped by them; windstorm, hail, snow, ice or frost; flood or water inundation or sea wave action, malicious damage or vandalism.
